Cole Sterrett
Co-Founder
Cole brings industry experience in private equity, having previously served on the Investment Team at Levine Leichtman Capital Partners ("LLCP"). He has experience in executing buy-and-build strategies and founded Alta with the goal of improving the add-on process. Prior to LLCP, Cole gained experience at various early-stage companies and spent the beginning years of his career working at Barclays Investment Bank in New York City. Cole received a B.S.B.A in finance from the University of Pittsburgh.
Andrew McGruer
Co-Founder
Andrew brings a blend of technological development, operational leadership, and product innovation from his tenure at Byte in the medical devices and orthodontic sector. Andrew has developed and implemented advanced data schemas and warehouse structures, and has played a key role in building automatable analytics enhancing the ability to leverage data for strategic decision making and operational efficiency. Prior to Byte, Andrew worked as an investment associate specializing in portfolio creation and augmentation at Truist Bank. Andrew received a M.S. in Finance from Vanderbilt University.
